Case Study: Kara’s Swing Upgrade in Just 3 Sessions (Argyle, TX)

At Dennis Sales Golf Academy in Argyle, Texas, Kara has already made impressive gains after just one lesson and two training sessions. Her swing is evolving fast, and the changes are measurable - exactly how we like it.

More Stacked, More Efficient

We started by working on stacking her upper and lower centers of rotation more effectively. This gave her a stronger foundation for rotation.

We also moved her lead arm more in front in the downswing, helping her create a narrower arc at P6. This shift improves both path and clubface control while setting the stage for a more precise low point.

Image 2: Compression Through Better Structure

Kara reduced how far her upper center moved back, and we got the handle more forward at impact. These changes shifted her low point more forward, which immediately led to more compression and better ball-first contact.

Cleaning Up the Exit Pattern

By helping Kara understand how the wrists and shoulders work together to trace the front side of the arc, we removed the “scissoring” motion that had been affecting her finish and control. This is a big upgrade in how she manages the swing arc post-impact.

Clean Exit with Simple Code

Her hands are now exiting where the shaft did - a great sign that her arms and shaft are synced. In simple coding terms, we call this arms hitting 3 & 0, a reference point that confirms improved release pattern and directional control.
