Is your child just starting out at golf?  Our kids golf development program is specifically designed to provide a structured learning environment for kids ages 5-9 just learning to play golf.  Why is proper structure important?  At this age in development, it is important they acquire fundamental golf and athletic skills which lay down the foundation for more advanced movements later in life.  Golf curriculum starts them off by teaching them the fundamentals of golf.  Athletic development curriculum covers the fundamental movement and sport skills which helps create a more dynamic and explosive athlete that plays golf.  Participants will work towards gaining age appropriate benchmark skills.   

Golf Curriculum 

Teaches them the fundamentals of golf.  This window of development focuses on developing fine motor skills because it allows the best opportunity to master fine motor skills which used in conduction with athletic training, creates explosive golfers for alter stages of development.  

Fundamentals of Golf

  • Grip, stance, posture
  • Full swing, chipping, pitching and putting

Athletic Curriculum

This component of program provides kids an opportunity to gain the ABC's of physical literacy.  Fundamental movement skills are developed through obstacle courses, intro to strength (body weight), rhythm activities are learned through fun based games.

Kids Golf Development program is tailored and flexible to match the needs of students and parents schedules.  Completion of program should take approximately 1 year.   During duration of program, parents control times and days of week to bring in their child for lessons.  Our on-line scheduler puts the power and control in your finger tips.  Once access is granted, parents are able to schedule times and dates as far in advance as they would like.  Don't worry about changes, easily modify appointments when something comes up.
